Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how students, applicants, mentors, coaches and other users may cancel registrations or participation in Proyaas programmes.

Cancellation eligibility depends on whether the course has:

Programme-specific cancellation conditions may apply.
03 Cancellation Before Commencement
Where the selected programme permits cancellation before commencement, the participant may request cancellation within the applicable period specified during registration.
Any applicable refund will be governed by the Refund Policy.
04 Cancellation After Commencement
Cancellation after commencement may result in:
- No refund
- A partial refund where specifically permitted by the programme terms
This is because Proyaas may have already committed resources to the participant.

Proyaas reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule or modify a programme due to circumstances including:
- Insufficient enrolment
- Trainer/faculty availability
- Operational circumstances
- Technical issues
- Government restrictions
- Force majeure events
- Other circumstances beyond reasonable control
Where a programme is cancelled by Proyaas, registered participants will be informed of available options.

Where feasible, Proyaas may offer a participant the option to transfer to another batch instead of cancelling.
Batch transfer is subject to:
- Availability
- Programme rules
- Eligibility
- Timing
07 Mentor & Coach Application Cancellation
Applicants who apply to become Proyaas mentors or coaches may withdraw their application by contacting Proyaas.
Acceptance into the mentor/coach ecosystem may be subject to selection and verification.

Proyaas may suspend or terminate a participant's access where the participant:
- Provides fraudulent information
- Violates programme rules
- Engages in misconduct
- Harasses staff, trainers or participants
- Misuses Proyaas materials

Any refund following termination will be determined according to the applicable programme terms and circumstances.
